Adding a Payment Method

A step by step guide for adding a payment method to your account.

Introduction:

Once your trial period is over, you will need to add a billing method to continue using our services. This guide will walk you through the process of adding a credit card via the Stripe billing portal. Just follow the steps below!


Step 1: Click "Billing" in the Sidebar Menu

Upon logging into your account, look to the left side of your screen. Here, you'll find the sidebar menu, which contains various links and options related to your account.

Scroll through the sidebar menu options until you find a link labeled "billing" then lick on the link. Your browser will then take you to the Stripe billing portal, a secure platform where you can manage your payment methods.


Step 2: Find the "Add a Credit Card" Option

Once inside the Stripe billing portal, look for an option or button that says "Add a Credit Card" This is the section where you can enter your credit card details. Click it.


Step 3: Enter Your Credit Card Details

Select the "Card" option. A form will appear, prompting you to enter your credit card details. Enter your details and submit the form by clicking "add".


Step 4: Successful Addition Confirmation

Once your credit card has been added successfully, you should see your credit card under the Payment Methods section.
